About Us

This history of Ayurveda is an ongoing collaborative effort, researched and written by students of the Alandi Ayurveda Gurukula in Boulder, Colorado. Led by Alakananda Ma AD,  the school is the first 4-year  the school is the first 4-year full time Ayurveda program outside India and is recognized by NAMA as fulfilling the requirements for the Ayurvedic Doctor exam.
